Association members will be able to express a concern, recommendation, etc. during the first 15 minutes of this meeting. Please know that those concerns, etc. will be recorded, but not be acted upon during this meeting, but at another called meeting. The Crescent Springs Ranch HOA Board of Directors are seeking new Board members to fill the existing vacant positions. If you are interested, please email the President, Jerome K Williams at wjerome27@yahoo.com. This is a working Board, job descriptions for the Secretary, Treasurer, and a Director position, are available upon request. You must also be willing to sign a Code of Ethics agreement and avail yourself to work for your HOA with integrity, honesty, willingly, cooperatively and in the “best Interest of the Association members, the President and the Board members.
We are also looking to fill the 3 vacant positions for the Architect Review Committee (ARC). Individuals selected for these volunteer positions will review all modification requests from homeowners in the areas of landscaping, roof replacement, installation of patios, gazebos, sheds, painting the exterior of their home and the like. If you are interested, please email the President, Jerome K Williams at wjerome27@yahoo.com with a mini bio of your volunteer experience, your interest and to obtain a job description. Thank you.

All residents and their guests are invited to use the community’s clubhouse, pool, volleyball net and park. However, specific rules do apply.

CSR HOA consists of at least seven volunteer committees dedicated to maintaining a safe, beautiful, community-sponsored activities and events inclusive of a welcoming environment. We invite you to join a committee that peaks your interest as well as participate in the scheduled activities and events.
